We ship with Pathao, Steadfast and RedX. Your tracking page shows the courier and consignment number as soon as the parcel is handed over.
Production time
Everything is made fresh in small batches after you order, usually within 1–3 days. The product page shows the exact time and how long each item keeps.
Payment
Cash on delivery across Bangladesh for orders up to ৳5,000. Larger orders need an advance by bKash (Send Money) to 01816901062, with your order ID as the reference. Online bKash and Nagad checkout is coming soon.
Replacements
If food arrives damaged, leaking or spoiled, send us photos of the parcel and the item within 24 hours of delivery and we replace it free of charge.
Because it is homemade food, we cannot accept returns once it has been delivered. You can cancel from the tracking page any time before we start making your order.
